1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • There is a size issue (exchange only, subject to availability)


2. Return Time Frame

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items caused by customer misuse.


4. Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges are allowed once, depending on stock availability.

  • Customers may need to pay return shipping charges in case of size exchange.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds will be processed after product inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Items without original packaging or tags
